Recovery week
Monday

Recovery week is on. I am going to get ready for the next block which will be BB with strength priority. I want to do both outside and inside LSS sessions. So, I will do some testing with HR monitor to make sure it is all set. Also, I need to take care of my elbow and shoulder.

Here is my plan so far:

- 9 weeks of BB with OP I/A

MS - M/W/F
- a: SQ/WDips/Rows - weeks 1-6
- b: SQ/BP/WChins - weeks 7-9
- b1 (optional): SE Alpha - weeks 7-9

LSS - T/Th/Sa
- LSS run and/or power walk x30min (Tu/Th) - outside
- LSS triples versions x30min(Sa) - inside

I'd have to get creative with it. Maybe after the first 5 minutes to roll outs, after the second 5, leg lifts, etc. etc.
