I installed myfitnesspal on my phone. I never did any form of calorie/macro tracking so I hope it'll help to see where I'm at foodwise

I'll be stalling on the squat soon. If it happens I'll deload once, then when I'll stall again I'm going to switch to Operator.
I'd be really happy if I make 140kg squat before switching

Started my warm-ups for strength day, then had to stop because my son woke up. Couldn't train for the rest of the day so made it my rest day for the week.
