BB week 6: strength first template

SE cluster: kettlebell 2 x 20
Swings
Goblet Squat
Renegade Rows
Single Arm Floor Press
Kettlebell deadlift

Discovered I prefer the KB cluster to the bodyweight one.

The holidays are done, and I don't have more travel planned for the next month. Time to double down on consistency.

Legs still tired from goblet squats and sprints. Looking forward to rest day tomorrow.

Floor press

I tried subbing cleans for the deadlifts, but I bailed midway through the second set due to extremely poor form. Once I'm done with BB, I'll try adding a bit of kettlebell skill work as a finisher on MS days.

AM: 4 mile walk with dog
PM: E - LSS - jog x 60 minutes
I haven't jogged for an hour straight in over 3 years. Feels good to do that again.
