Week 3.5 Cycle 2

Monday: 6x3 pistols 16 kg KB, wall walks x3, chins 20 kg KB.

Wednesday: Monday: 6x3 pistols 16 kg KB, wall walks x3, chins 20 kg KB.

Friday: Mobility and recovery from intensive night at work Thursday - Friday.

Sunday: 10.5 km run, 1:02.

We were based at another regiment this week which fucked with our basic needs to get food and train. I did the best out of it, yet I'm a little sad that I only got in one session of running.

Week 4 Cycle 2
Monday: Pistols 6x3 12 kg KB, strict fucking chins (my core and shoulders give up first on these) 6x3, wall walks x3. Inbetween sets I do alot of mobility exercises. Prehab, bro.

45 min cross-country skiing

MMA-grappling technique 1 hour. Fucking awesome day.

Tuesday: 1 hour cross-country skiing, 6 km.

Wednesday: Pistols 6x3 12 kg KB, strict chins 6x3, wall walks x3.

Thursday: 1 hour cross-country skiing, 8 km.

Friday: Pistols 6x3 12 kg KB, strict chins 6x3, wall walks x3.

Saturday: Cross-country skiing, 1:20, 10 km.

Sunday: 10.75 km run, 1:05.
