Starting to gas at bjj. I am going to include 2-3 lsd type workouts a fortnight and see if it improves. I probably won’t push much more than 20-30 min. My conditioning is from bjj but I just need a little bit more to speed up recovery.

I improved on all ring exercises. They are feeling really strong these days.
I included the back squats to slowly incorporate some strength work for the lower body. They were very easy and very light.
