Night shift recovery day so minimal sleep. One more week to go of this current training cycle and I might add Tb operator/Bangkok back in for my strength. I have a 5.11 vest on its way to get tactical for the SE sessions I own a vest but wanted a plate carrier to simulate some work stuff.
