20190529:
GORUCK challenge workout. 3 rounds for time of the following: 1 minute of push-ups, 300m sprint, 1 minute of sit-ups, and a 1.5 mile ruck with 30#.

20190530:
GORUCK challenge workout. 150 step ups, 100m ruck backwards drag, 50 ruck presses, 100m ruck bear craw, 150m suitcase carry (switch hands halfway), then a 3 mile ruck in 44:40. 30# ruck plate.

Feeling what could be a bit of plantar fasciitis in my left foot (not good with an event 9 days out), so I scaled things back today. Worked on my foot a bit and then did a slow paced yoga workout from a DVD. Probably some more work on the foot tonight and some more stretching, maybe some core work.

GORUCK Tough completed. 9pm to 9am, 17 miles, four PT stops, heavy sandbags throughout and some logs at the end for extra fun. Went home, coffee and a cold shower, and now camping with my boys on no sleep. Pray for me.
