*That was good decision on keeping OP I/A rest days throughout the OWT. It is starting to get heavy on me recovery wise. I might consider 3-1-3 schedule for the rest of the program.. Will see.. :evil:

Body saw with sliders - 2x25, BW

Notes
* I could've done 5 reps for DL but I decided to go with 3 reps. I don't like to pull >3 reps when the weight gets close to 300 lb. My form can go south easily. I will do 1 rep on 90%/95% weeks for the same reason.
**I am back to PB toasts as post training snack. Haven't had it for years :)

Total time - 15 min

Notes
*WPU feels heavy. I might go by 2ish% up for the final block unless it gets better.

Stopping counting calories and just eating plenty from now on. It does happen to me with BB but now it is good call for OWT.
