Today' s training

TB Mass Fighter HT
Week 1session 3
Warmup sets of deadlift for 10,8 reps

Deadlift 5x8 80kg

30Min Walk

The volume is taking some adjusting, but I think next week will be much better. Definitely noticing the appetite increasing and I forgot what doms feels like.

For me right now Fighter HT is the upper limits of the volume I need. I need to fit my runs next week but had to take it easier due to acorky earlier in the week. 1 x run and 1x bjj only this week, but I did manage a few walks.

Today' s training

TB Mass Fighter HT
Week 2 Session 1

General warm up

Benchpress 5x6 55kg
Front Squat 5x6 65kg

Week 2 of Mass template. The sets of 6 were much easier than sets of 8 last week. I am still struggling a bit to recover for BJJ, but that is a given with the increased volume. I still really like the Fighter HT template and it is definitely more than enough volume to grow after being in that 3x5 set range for so long.

Recovery Day

Black Swan Yoga Yin 20 min

Work has been causing issues with my training lately. I decided to just take a day to do some yoga as I really want to focus on adding this in.

Tomorrow will be deadlift day.

Today'straining

BJJ GI Midday

Worked on armdrag, takedowns and back takes from turtle.

5x5 min rolling

I am definitely thinking I will swap back to Op I/A in the coming weeks. I am struggling to get the calories and sleep to recover from even the minimal mass sessions I am doing.
