What kind of SE are you thinking for Bangkok....A,B,T?

Alpha for now. Pull Ups and Dips (10, 15, 15) Push ups and crunches. I tried doing pull ups with SE before and the 30 week destroyed me so I'm going to half the reps with pullups and dips and progress the crunches and pushups like normal.Vagabond wrote:What kind of SE are you thinking for Bangkok....A,B,T?
Sorry to hear that. Good luck with the surgery and have a smooth recovery!Tym87 wrote:have been training but forgeting to post. Plans have changed. Going to need foot surgery soon, will probably start a new block with little to know lower body work/running. TBD
Thanks Bark. I should start a new thread or rename this one since the plans are changing.Barkadion wrote:Sorry to hear that. I'm sorry to hear that Tym87. You'll get back on track eventually, and now is the time to get that massive weighted pull-up max!Tym87 wrote:have been training but forgeting to post. Thanks J! I'm almost considering doing TB with a bit more hypertrophy (more sets, couple extra reps maybe) I'd love to leave this with a 20+ pullups max and a few PRs.J-Madd wrote:I'm sorry to hear that Tym87.
