Looks good! And you are 100% correct that shoulder workout is no joke. Even the studliest of gentlemen who work out with Stew Smith and do that work out maybe use 10 to 15 pounds total.

Looking good Bark!

Agreed. I did this with no weight at all as a bit of a finisher and it still worked like a charm.grouchyjarhead wrote:Looks good! And you are 100% correct that shoulder workout is no joke. Interesting thought on warm-up sets from Eric Cressey:
Always take the quarter.
Your warm-up sets aren't just about getting your body temperature up and practicing the movement of the day. Rather, they're also an opportunity to accumulate an appreciable amount of volume that'll pay off in terms of work capacity, muscle gain, and practice for your set-up.
For instance, if you're squatting less than 500 pounds, don't just take 135, 225, 315, and 405 as your warm-up sets. Also include 185, 275, 365, and 455 - even if only for a rep or two - as a way to get in a bit more volume along the way. Over the course of a training career, this volume adds up and pays big dividends.
