FSQ
90kg 3x3

22kg 3x3

Later that morning

Kneeling Rollouts
1x15

Ramp Rollouts
2nd notch 4x3

Plank and Shank
15kg 3x1min each alternating until complete

Note: everything moved pretty solidly today, strength is coming back with the rollouts, am happy with that.

Disarmed

10 Burpees
2 min Heavy bag
1 min rest
x5

Note: wanted to do some extra work, however I have been noticing a combination of mental fatigue throughout the day and although I can still maintain a good pace with conditioning, I have noticed my legs feeling “heavy”. I think it may be time for a base build after this block.

Rest day

Note: still have that bit of mental fatigue, and every other day slight cold symptoms. I think a week off after this block followed by a standard base build is the next move.

Lol! Forever!
I remember not wanting to finish it the first time I did it, but the benefits are worth it. Now I look forward to bb, it’s very refreshing.

It’s also a lot of fun. Personally, I always catch myself smiling while doing BB..

FSQ

Pronation/Supination Device
6.25kg 3x5 each way

Note: all main lifts went really well, no complaints at all. Rollouts are feeling more and more solid I think the plank and shank has assisted there. One more MS left. Either boxing or skating tomorrow depending on what the day brings.
