Note: not too bad with a long ish day. Started using the mobility MVMNT app a bit more as well, am enjoying some of the differences between that and some of the others I use.

Note: still kept rest between exercises minimal, and 2 mins rest between circuits.

Note: recovered pretty well from the skate session, a little fatigued from the heat but other than that all is good. Did watch some good UFC and Boxing bouts too.
