I focus on pulling the bar up with my upper arms rather than holding it with my fingers, like my hands are just hooks at the end of my arms. Just a mental thing but it works. I also use a thumbless grip (my thumbs are alongside my forefingers) and a mixed grip.

Probably hard to explain over the net.

@venemouscoffee thanks for the advice. However my DL form has never been really good and using a mixed grip makes it worse. I'm trying with the hookgrip but I'm still getting used to it

DL 140kg 1/2/2 weight felt glued to the ground and form felt off.
I was still using linear progression so I'll change that to Op and I'm debating adding some DL sets to either monday or wednesday

Squat flew up on monday and I really had to struggle today.
On the bright side, Stepped on the scale after training and lost another 1.5kg
