Though the similarities are there (fathers of twins, kettlebell geeks, etc.), you do better overall to the degree that you don't resemble me!Barkadion wrote:

4x20 with the 70lbs KB and short breaks is nothing to sneeze at!
I agree with K. Black that the Operator SQ/BP/WPU+swings cluster is the best bang for the buck. As you know, I was planning to experiment a bit with Zulu for my next block, but I'm just not sure I can step away from the "SWAT Cluster."
