lss run 1h5min 9,5km

last day of first OP+Black cycle, really help with my progress: conditioning improved, run speed went up, gained strength, lost weight and probably gained muscle.

Starting another cycle tomorrow, not changing anything except I'm upping the calories so I can keep progressing

DL 5/1 Something 'moved' inside my lower back on the last rep of the first set. Didn't hurt, but felt strange. It did hurt when I went for a second set so decide to quit. Hoping it's nothing serious
