I will take the next couple days easy and just do daily walks and yoga before force progressing next week.
OP I/A percentages will be as follows:
Back squat (Aim is to continue improving high bar deep squat form up to 100kg x5)
Week 1 75kg x5
Week 2 85kg x5
Week 3 95kg x3
Benchpress (Goal is 80kg x10 in final session)
Week 1 60kg x10
Week 2 70kg x8
Week 3 80kg x6
Pull ups 9.8kg (Aim is to hit 10 reps with 9.8kg vest)
Week 1 x4
Week 2 x6
Week 3 x8
I will try and include more HIC and less LSS over the next cycle. I might add in a strongman type circuit once a week also to mix things up with some fatigued skills training e.g tourniquet application etc. BJJ is also back, although it is still non contact for a few more weeks.

No BJJ again for the foreseeable future.
I think I will be looking at a grappling dummy and upping my conditioning load. I have a punching bag and pads so some boxing might be on the cards.
I also purchased a training tourniquet and live on a decent sized property so will spend more time behind a rifle and working on some other drills during my training.

No conditioning due to the weather here. I have a new set of quality trail shoes on the way so hopefully I can get out even when it’s heavily raining for a run in the future.
