Fat Grip DB Farmers Carry
30kg db’s 3 sets until just short of hand failure then take the grips off, pick back up and go again until just short of failure

Note: new block, feeling pretty fresh. Pretty much everything flew. Looks like the rollouts are definitely good to progress to the 4th notch as a regular now. Good session for Sunday Funday.

High speed freestyle Jump Rope
1x3 min rd
2x2 min rds

Sprint in place
3x1 min rds
4x30 second rounds (alternating double unders for one 30 second block, then sprint in place, and repeat for the final two rounds)

30 seconds rest between all rounds

Note: this is one of the sample sessions from the pdf book that comes with Ross’s jump rope dvd.
I had misplaced the pdf so I re bought the dvd just to get the book again lol. Some really good ideas in there. I’ll be doing jump rope sessions twice a week just to get all the skills back, plus it’s fun which is a big motivator.
