Yesterday - Rest day

Today
OHP - 4x4 @ 51 kg
SQ - 4x4 @ 111 kg
WPU - 4x8 @ 67.4 kg

HIC - I had to do an inside HIC today so I kind of made something up based upon what I have done in the past. It looked like this:

10 burpees
1 minute jump rope
10 KB swings
1 minute rest
repeat 9x working down from 9 burpees to 1 burpee

I had done something similar to this in the past, but after doing the workout today, I just didn't feel very taxed. Then I remembered that in the past, I had not taken any rest during the cycle except to mark that round off and take a breath. Then at the end of the cycle I took a 2-3 minute rest and started back over. So next time that I have to do an inside HIC, I'll probably go that route.

About that HIC

I've done it as a modified Devil's Trinity. So : 1 min burpees, 1 min KB swings, 1 min jump rope, 1 min rest.

I felt it was a butt-kicker and a step up from ME 2

I like that. I could see it providing more of an impact than what I did by keeping all burpees and kb swings up to a minute.
