End of the Block, overall i’m satisfied...some technique work to do with my SGDL form, but strength is there!

Next Block i’ll Force Progression 5kg for DL and 2kg for OHP and WCU

Starting today a new Block with new maxes!

Snatch Grip Deadlift130kg
Overhead Press 58kg
Weighted Chin Ups 114kg (Bw 73kg)

Session 1@75%

SGDL 3x5 98kg
OHP 6x5 44kg
WCU 6x5 Bw+13kg

Not so easy, coming from a night of poor sleep...but I managed to complete all the reps with good technique

Heavy again but I completed again all sets and reps with satisfying technique...looking forward to next week’s 85% and 90% workouts!

I could never pull in anything with any kind of a heel, Chucks or socks!

I’ve always pulled barefoot...I received a pair of Adidas Powerlift as a present, so i’ll experiment them with the Snatch Grip Deadlift and the Press in the next workouts!
