Last week was a really bad training week. I skipped Squats on Wednesday due to lower back pain.
Then woke up Thursday short of breath due to sickness when I was planning 600m resets.
I then decided to cancel all training for the rest of the week and repeat week 4.
Back pain has gone, but I'm still short of breath.

Not happy with my time since I really pushed hard.
I've been thinking about what I'll do after this cycle. Definetly taking a rest week but afterwards I might try a block of green or even run BB again
