Not bad overall. A bit of a slog, but I grinded through it. My arms feel a bit roasted, but I got a nice triceps pump

Day 71:
**Tactical Barbell Base Building W4D2**
Endurance. 3.52 miles of walking in 61:19. Average heartrate: 130ish bpm. Went well overall. Put on some music, and the distance just melted away. This might have been the longest/farthest I've run/walked in a fitness context.

Endurance. 3.47 miles of walking in 60:03. Average heartrate: 124 bpm. Went OK. Seemed a bit harder than yesterday, and I felt like I was sweating more, but I got through it.

Got through it OK. Muscles a bit twitchy when I was done. I'm just hoping the DOMS isn't too bad.

Quite a workout. Felt my muscles tensing up in the second half, but I managed.
