That was very slow LSS with HR below 120 B/M. Just very old mountain bikes on dirty road with my wife. Family fun. I think we have covered about 15 miles. My legs are begging mercy. I am going piggish tonight with burgers, fries, pizza, and ice cream. No kidding.

Unilateral moves are godsend, really. It allows you to go a little heavier and it takes care of all pins and needles. True prehab. Loved the whole SE part of the BB!

Lifts feel heavy and rusty as expected.. Saying hello to the DOMS for a little while.

But honestly, BB is amazing part of TB. Pure simple fun.
