So I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. I haven't been slacking, but I've been doing something not TB. My 14-year old son decided that he wanted to start working out. We grow 'em small and I thought that I would run him through a kettlebell program before going to the barbell. We're in week 1 and it's going well so far. I'm also adding a short plank at the end of each day and programming some GTG type push-ups just to help him try to add some upper body strength and function. Like I said, we grow 'em small.
I would imagine after this 5-weeks we'll asses and see where to go from here, but I'm sure that we'll end up on a TB template at some point.
