Been awhile since I posted but haven’t stopped training. Going to try and be consistent on posting again.
Operator 90%
5 min warmup on rower
SQ-220ibs. 3x3
BP-210ibs. 3x3
DL-290ibs. 3x3
Finisher. 100 T-handle swings at 70ibs. Did the swings nonstop without taking a break. This was a personal best for me doing them nonstop with this much weight. Once I hit the 60 mark I sucked it up and kept going.

Indoor power intervals x5. Used the airdyne for this one. 4 to 5 min rest periods.
