Hello everyone! I’m Stefano from Italy, i’m a huge follower of TB principles of strength training.
My main goals, in this moment, are strength and mass increase.
Here is my cluster:
Front Squat
Incline Bench Press
Weighted Chin Ups
And my Operathor I/A program to reach my goals:
Week 1 5x5 @75%
Week 2 5x4 @80%
Week 3 5x3@85%/5x3@85%/5x2 @90%
Today is the beginning of Week 3:
Front Squat 5x3@85% 83kg
Incline Bench Press 5x3@85% 58kg
Weighted Chin Ups 5x3@85% BW+16kg
Overall a good workout

Week 3 Day 3
Front Squat 5x3@85% 83kg
Incline Bench Press 5x3@85% 58kg
Weighted Chin Ups 5x3@85% BW+16kg
Good workout, happy with my FSQ depth...Incline was fast and WCU felt solid

Week 3 Day 3
Front Squat 5x2@90% 88kg
Incline Bench Press 5x2@90% 61kg
Weighted Chin Ups 5x2@90% BW+21kg
End of Week 3...another good workout, especially for FSQ, Incline Bench was quite smooth, WCU felt heavy but i manage to complete all the reps without great problems...
I am tempted to increase my max of 1kg for upper lifts and 2kg for FSQ for the next 3 weeks...but a wiser decision could be the one of repeating the same weights and force progression after other 3 weeks....i’ll take the week end to think about it

Week 1 Day 1 (2nd Block)
Front Squat 5x5@75% 75kg
Incline Bench Press 5x5@75% 52kg
Weighted Chin Ups 5x5@75% BW+6,5kg
Today is the beginning of my 2nd 3 weeks Block, i forced progression and micro load my upper body lifts with 1 kg and Front Squat with 2kg.
A little fear at the beginning of my workout, as every time i begin a new block and the volume increases...but today was a good workout especially for FSQ and IBP!
This template is the most solid training program i’ve ever run!

Weighted Chin Ups 5x5@75% BW+6,5kg
Not the greatest workout, weigths went up slower than monday...but i completed all sets and reps...looking forward to Friday!!

Accessory Day
BB Upright Rows 6x12 22kg
One Arm DB Lateral Raises 3x12 6kg
I want to put size on my shoulders (especially on side delts)...I know it is only for vanity, but I’ll never subtract any focus to my strength training which is my main goal
