Hi guys,

I'd like to keep my log here to keep my accountable and get some feedback.

I'm a 30 year old LEO from Belgium. I've been doing strictly strength training for a few years now, but have not been consistent for a long time. I've always neglected cardio but I don't like being that one dimensional anymore thus transfering to TB and combining strength and endurance.

I started BB and plan on continuing with Operator+Black

Yesterday:

SE 1x50 reps with 2x5kg dumbells
Bench press
Lunges 25L / 25R
Rows
OHP (seated)
Squats
Lying leg raises

This made me dread next weeks' 3x50

Today:

E 60min run

How long do you get on a E60 run? Im just looking forward so i know where im heading :)

I think I ran 7.8km. I'm not a very good runner.

I switched tomorrow's recovery day with today's SE.
Had a rough night of sleep, both kids and the wife are sick and I'm not feeling to good.

Had to train very late and had to use alot of willpower not to skip training.

SE 1x50reps dumbell cicuit 2x5kg

Bench press
Lunges 25L 25R
Rows
Seated press
Squats
Lying leg raises

Used rest between exercices for the first time. Muscles felt tired very early in the sets. Still dreading 3x50 :evil:

Yea it is, i gotto do it also sometimes. But god. 1x50 sounds bad. Good luck on 3x50. I just finished my first week of BB with 3x20 . Died that die :D.
