Back to training after 6 months of hectic studies and exams. Lost all the gains I made in the first part of the year. Time to put on some beef.
Day 1 of BB from Mass Protocol
Running the bodyweight cluster (Pull ups/Push ups / Squats/ Planks).
As my one rep max are very less I feel it's better to go with bodyweight than choosing dumbbells.

Goal weight - 76kg
Present weight - 70kg
Taking 180gm of protien, 300gm of carbs and 60gm of fat.(2450 calories)

Solid Cluster....really similar to the way i’m training right now

Man!! doing pull ups as part of SE is an herculean task. Pull ups are taking as much time and effort as the rest of the three exercises combined.
Today I used pull ups and chin ups to finish the required repetitions

Small change in the pattern, my gym was closed today so I did 30mins of LISS instead of 3x10.

Entire Nov and Dec I took the break from lifting because of exams. But after new year I started Mass protocol without finishing the 6 weeks of Base building(But did total of 25 days of BB in the last 2 months till Jan 11th)
Jan 12th Started the Mass protocol with the following lifts
After 3 weeks of Mass Protocol. Haven't missed the single session.
Height - 5'10
Weight - 75-76 kg
