LSS 38 minute walk this morning. Rebuilt knees did well, supporting muscles got tired.

Pushups
Squats
Body rows
Bicycle crunches
Pike pushups on parallettes
20kg kettlebell swings
2 minutes between circuits. Hope that's set up correctly. The squats, rows, and pikes were challenging.
I just turned 50 and am recovering from bilateral total knee replacement. I'm in poor physical condition and I'm going to ride this program to dig out.

LISS 38 minute walk this morning. Knees are doing fine, it's my left hip that's hurting.

10 minutes of stretching

Behind on logging here are the last several days
LISS 35 minutes on an elliptical
25 minutes of shadow boxing/29 minutes of stretching
Supposed to LISS, but I was toast so took an extra rest day
Rest day
Today was SE 3 x 30
Pushups
Squats
Body rows
Bicycle crunches
Pike pushups
16kg KB swings
The squats, rows, pikes, and swings were.chalkenging throughout. The entire last circuit was very challenging. This was a blast

50 minute walk, joint mobility/shadow boxing.
Postural muscles are greatly improved already, I started this program last Sunday. Rebounding from the knees is going well.
