Hi all,
The website I used for my old log was taken down so I am looking for a new home.
I am 32 and while I spent the first 10 years of my career in Emergency Services, I am just a desk jockey now. I have a 20-month-old and a second due any day now that occupy most of my non-work time.
I am in decent shape but have not done any consistent lifting in a couple of years. I first did TB about 4 years ago and it helped me work through a bench plateau; I recently read Ageless Athlete and have decided to follow Operator I/A. I have been doing a base building-esque routine for the past few months. I also play hockey once a week when there's not a pandemic.
I'm going with a standard squat/bench/WPU cluster and am going to substitute deadlift for squats every 3rd workout. Going to do my first block at very conservative weights for squat and deadlift to ease myself back into regular lifting.
