White Collar Forest Worker's Log

Introduction
Greetings from Northern Europe! I'm M47 y/o, 182 cm/98 kg (~5'12 / 216lb). I have physically easy office work but during leisure time I do forestry activities which requires decent strength base as well as SE-capacity - the traditional ranch- or farm-type-features or attributes.
I found the TB-system and downloaded the Kindle versions of both books TB1 and TB2. After studying the philosophy I decided to give a try, I trust this approach might support my activities in forestry. For the record, I've been playing with barbell more than 30 years, tried "everything" but still having problems with combining farm/forest activities with training. So far it has been either/or but I trust and hope the TB-system would help me to reach my goals: decent strength and endurance base which support, not disturb, the physical work.
My plan is to run the Operator-template on winter Dec-Jan-Feb, then switch to Base Building Block for Mar-Apr in order to build aerobic/anaerobic base for the summer works. May and so forth will be forest work, 1-2 strength session per week for maintaining, xc-biking for endurance.
My current strength numbers are bench 100 kg, bsq 120 kg, dl 150 kg, on top of that snatch 70 kg, clean&jerk 90 kg.
Let's see how this goes. Looking forward to see.
