Background: 8 years British army infantry, had a year or so just doing unit PT but allowed to do own PT now so back onto TB.

Plan run a base build pushing the numbers then into green + fighter Bangkok.

Logging for accountability and any feedback.

Week 1 base build.

Monday - Strength (90% of max)

4 x 5 squats @ 70kg
3 x 5 bench @ 60kg
3 x 5 WPU @ 7kg

Tuesday - LSS

- Av HR 146bpm
- pace 9:46min/ mile

Wednesday - LSS
6.11 mile tab (ruck) very hilly route
- 1hr 30:26
- Av HR 139
- Ave pace 14:49min / mile

Thursday - Strength (90% of max)
75%
4 x 5 squats @ 70kg
3 x 5 bench @ 60kg
3 x 5 WPU @ 7kg

Friday - bodyweight SE (recovery day)
2 x 30
Squat
Press up
Lunges
Dips
Squat jumps
Crunches
Jumping lunges

Saturday - LSS
10 mile run
1hr 44:28
Av HR - 147bpm
Pace - 10:27 min/mile (30 degree heat drove the HR up and pace down)
