First week basebuilding
Monday
40 mins LSS with 20 push up 2p squat and 10 burpees ever :roll: y 6 minutes
Tuesday
BP the 80kg 5 sets, SQ 100kg 5 sets, Chin up 5 sets of BW ,DL 170kg by 5
Wednesday
40 mins LSS with 20 push up 2p squat and 10 burpees every 6 minutes
Friday
BP the 80kg 5 sets, SQ 100kg 5 sets, Chin up 5 sets of BW ,DL 170kg by 5
Sat
Devil trinity conditioning punchbag routine with burpwe
Sunday
60 min LSS
Feel good woth the E sessions eating plenty but starting to lean out. Looking forward to next week

Monday 40 min LSS

Tuesday 40 min LSS in morn then 6 sets of 400 m with 30 swings with KB 32kg in the eve

Wednesday
45 minute run with 20 squat 20 push up and 10 burpees every 6 minutes. Finished with plank and shank

Thursday
Magic 50 from infinite Conditioning
Core and Grip

Friday
Rest

Sat
Planned to do Fighter template with 80%
Can only get into gym once this week.. life got in the way

Sun
Will be 60 min LSS

Week 2 of base building completed this week. Feel really good with the LSS and lighter too.. roll on wk 3

Usually, I barely have anything left in me after Magic 50.. The fact the you are finishing with C&G tells me that I have something to work on... :D

I tend to use the magic 50 as a measuring stick...though it's always intense and I like the combo of kb and burpees. Generally do it with a 24 kg and time is down from about 11 mins 3 weeks back to just under 9. The BB works, I feel fresh with it..great routine though it's the only one I have incorporated from Ross...trying to stick to the program as written..

24th Oct
A.m 45 mins LSS with 20 squats 10 push ups and 10 burpees
every 6 mins
P.m Fresh evening so did meat eater with 32kg KB

25th Oct
Magic 50 and q deck core

26th
90kg BP by 5 by 5
120kg squat 5 by 5
170 kg DL set of 5
Chin ups 5 sets of 7
Feeling good

Anyone who had done the Magic 50 will realize that completely it with a 24KB kettlebell is not joke, whatever the time! Well done!

Magic 50 with 28kg time pushed out to 11 mins with the 28kg.. 5 rounds of q deck core.

28th
BP 90 kg 5 by 5
Squat 120 5 by 5
DL 170 by 5
Chin ups 5 sets of 7 at BWeight
