Good cluster! Might be tough to get through 3x50, though. Though but doable.

It looks like you are tough single malt, aren't ya mate?

All the best with it, matey...... press-ups..... got to be british :D

Since I went colonial 8+years ago, I have succumbed and now use push-ups ;)

As Barkadion says, the 50's will be fun
Have a great one

day 2 LSS

wk 1 30mins on a watt bike - ass of fire - felt quiet hard to hold back and not have a blast

wrapped up with 3 x 5/5 TGU 24kg

for the last 9 years I have trained from a garage then into an industrial unit - due to some issues I am back training in a globogym, which I find slightly disturbing, but it does have full kit - hopefully be back in a garage/unit at somepoint - might miss all the makeup though..

lunchtime CSW session - mostly technique but spent half an hour drilling takedowns (having a break from rolling die to back spasam )
