Was on vacation last week, so I'm going to restart Base-Building.

Ran 6 miles, 1% grade, 61:13 min on the treadmill. Before this program I was doing my "long" run of 5 miles on Monday, so I'm going to do the long E sessions on Mondays versus Saturday, as this works best for me logistically.

Did the 2x20 SE session tonight. Did the following circuit;
One hand KB swings
Push-ups
Snatches
Sit-ups
Goblet squats

Used the 35lb KB; I tried the 50lb last week, it really broke me off, so I decided to go with the 35lb'er for now

Also using Perfect Push-ups;I got these because my wrist was hurting from doing regular push-ups, but it lengthens the range of motion considerably and makes the exercise a great deal harder.

Also did 5 sets of 4 pull-ups throughout the day.

Ran 30 min. 1% incline, 3.22 miles.

It's the middle of the day here, looking to get some push-ups and pull-ups sprinkled in today at the office.

3x20 SE session this evening. It was hard, even just using the 35lb KB.

No GTG for push ups and pull-ups today.

Also, I know there are a lot of vets here on TB; Happy Veterans Day, and thank you for your service.
