Tac barbell

Hi! TRS from Denmark. 30 years old, 180cm, 95kg.

Been active with lifting and sports my whole Life.
Big herniated disc injury In 2009.

Minor knee injury In left knee from soccer 2 weeks a Go, so not much running these days.

This week last heavy week of fighter Bangkok.


28/11/16. Monday. Fighter week 6
Bench: 5x3x112,5kg
Stiff leg DL: 5x3x102,5kg
Chins: 5x3x45kg
Arms: 3x10
Plank + shank: 3x60sek
60min indor bike @ 30km


29/11/16. Tues 60 min easy indoor cardio


30/11/16. Wed Fighter week 6
Bench: 5x3x112,5kg
Stiff leg DL: 3x3x102,5kg
Chins: 5x3x45kg
Abs + low back: 3x13
Arms: 3x


01/12/16. Thu Cardio

30min bike
30min stairmastee

In 45min:
1-10-1 reps: Chins, Dips, Bulgarien bag SQ
1-10 reps: Bulgarian bag spins, pushups

Bulgarien bag weighs 22kg.

Front SQ: 3x5x50kg

Taken it easy due to knee..
