Enforcer25's training log

Hi everyone,

I'm 48 y/o 6'4" and currently around 243lbs down from 265lbs doing my own workouts. I'm currently doing BP/SQ/WPU M,W,F with 3 sets of DL on Monday instead of WPU. I've got degenerative arthritis in my left knee so I have stopped running. On T,Th,Sa I do a combination of elliptical, biking, arc trainer and 15 minutes on the heavy bag. The hardest part for me is doing no accessory exercises like pulldowns, rows, triceps or bicep work. I do feel better after my workouts and I like the TB program so far. Here is a breakdown of my first week. My squats are very week, I haven't down them in a long time. My pull-ups are assisted with 15-20lbs.

Squat 7x115 Was very tight and was really working on correct form.

Boxing 15 minutes, 3min warmup, 4X3min rounds with 1min rest in between.
