Starting this log retro actively from 27 October. I'm going to try the TB program out and see how this type of program affects me.
Coming off second hip resurfacing surgery 8 weeks ago. My right leg is still weak and really needs the attention to bring it back up.

3 giant sets of flyes, curls, shoulder raises.

Then a couple giant sets of back/tri/bicep stuff just for pump.

Feeling sore and beat up today. Plus it was international bench press day. There were lines for bench press stations.
