Vitamin D may or may not be your problem, but it probably won't hurt to go off it for a week or two and see if you notice any significant difference. If it is having an impact, maybe reintroduce it at a lower dose and use something like Thorne's K2 (liquid) in conjunction.

There is a book that was recommended by DocOctagon in relation to my issues with the sleep. I am reading it now and it is a book about high BP in a way.. I think you will benefit from reading it..
