Kefir

Does kefir make anyone else sick? started drinking a couple glasses a day, and about 4-5 days in developed strep-like sore throat and some ongoing stomach discomfort. Discontinued, and one day later my throat feels practically normal.

I have completely different experience. It does fix any of my stomach issues! Any heartburn or anything else.. Sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you.. are you lactose intolerant by any chance?

I drink it occasionally, more as a snack than anything. Yogurt-wise, I like skyr a lot.
