"I get questions every day about dieting so here's my thoughts. I don't believe in dieting. I eat what I want, whenever I want and don't give two shits about being shredded. I'd rather just train hard, enjoy my food, and apply some common sense. People need to stop obsessing over body fat percentage. Who fkn cares? I perform best when I'm carrying some extra weight. Competitive athletes should eat to perform/recover so stop copying a fitness model who'd lose a 10-8 round against a heavy bag."
