You need your body fat

Here is the link to new research that discovered the cells found in fat may be crucial for helping your body fight infection.

It seems that there is a presence of a type of immune cell in the body fat called a memory T cell. Memory T cells learn to fight infection from previous exposure to pathogens. It might also mean that fat should be considered as an immune organ alongside other immune organs.
I think this is cool!
I remember being "I wanna this BF%" person in my youth. Such attitude was killed years and years ago.. Getting older makes you appreciate real food and good amount of it. I think there is a jar of chocolate ice cream sitting in my freezer
