Nadi Shodhan breathing (Alternate Nostril)

This one was suggested to me by friend of mine who is into meditation.

Very simple and effective. Can be done anytime anywhere. Clears your mind and calms you down. Also, it seems to provide some relief if you have some allergy issues.

Basically, you just inhale/exhale by alternating nostrils.. That's all you need.

This calms me down even more than box breathing. Very powerful. Good stuff, thanks for posting it.
