I'm was not really into the idea of strongman training, but Brian generally talks good sense about being a well-rounded athlete, and he constantly paraphrases the idea you don't need to be a strongman to lift like one, and just adding a few movements here and there contribute towards greater athleticism overall.Gerryatric wrote:Thanks for this won't ever be lifting huge weights but the chap talks sense about training. I've been encouraged by him to try different movements. It's pretty inspiring to see a big guy like to not only lift heavy, but completely smash BW movements too.
Plus; the fact that he would take a dig at himself makes him fun to watch.
