It is highly depends on one's technique and body mechanics..

Can you hit your posterior chain with back extension? Yes.
Is that the same as GHD and/or revers hyper? Yes and No. It depends..

On the other hand you can be good with thrusts off the benches and ham curls with sliders/paper plates and/or TRX/Rings.

Good stuff. Thanks, Bark! I started playing Rugby at school and considering my running form and running just in general isn't great, my coach has suggested me working stretching my hamstrings and gluten. I run/walk naturally a weird way and according to one of his former players who was a Exercise Science major, he suggested I start working on those specifically before workouts.

Glad you find it helpful! Hams is my weak link. Posterior chain is very important for all compounds from personal experience..

I did.. I would make sense if I have enough space in my basement.. I don't. I even been thinking of buying Echo GHD (Pad Only) for
$245.00. Or similar pad from PB:

Mix the GHD with some swings... Getting out of bed in the morning, or climbing the stairs would be interesting.

:lol: :lol: I can imagine. Well then maybe planks.

I did Power intervals with planks and a static KB grip holds as a finisher yesterday. It was a solid workout.
