If it's weight training it's Creed, AC DC Oasis...if it's running it's dance music or if I'm really struggling I'll throw on the Rocky soundtrack.

I went to a Children of Bodom concert several years ago and the Devin Townsend Project opened up for them. My mind was blown all over my face and enjoyed Townsend more than the main event.
