He's pretty good on training, and very grounded. Makes an effort to reply to any queries in comments, and adapts strongman work even to general athletes.

Thanks for this won't ever be lifting huge weights but the chap talks sense about training. That's a very thing these days

I'm was not really into the idea of strongman training, but Brian generally talks good sense about being a well-rounded athlete, and he constantly paraphrases the idea you don't need to be a strongman to lift like one, and just adding a few movements here and there contribute towards greater athleticism overall.
I've been encouraged by him to try different movements. It's pretty inspiring to see a big guy like to not only lift heavy, but completely smash BW movements too.
Plus; the fact that he would take a dig at himself makes him fun to watch.
