I just found those Spud straps. Looks like nice option if one doesn't have money for fancy machine.
It can be even made home/DYI for less money..
So, plank and shank can be real deal!!
Nice idea!

Frankly, I have pulled trigger on Orlando BB version with BF discount that was going on EliteFTS site.. Fter all thinking and discussing with some folks.. It seems to be great option for home gym from my understanding.

Also, I got in touch with the inverter - Brian Schwab. He is great guy and he has good amount of ideas and materials related to the GHR. This particular combo kinda kiiled my imagination..lol in a good way..

The Orlando option looks like the best option of both worlds. I like to the idea of a separate machine instead of just a strap.
Ab wheel roll-outs and GHR! I would be sore in the morning!

Would you say a back extension machine has the same usage as this or a regular GHD? I tend to feel it not only work my lower back but my hamstrings as well.
