Off-Training
Week#1, Monday
2nd round of BB is completed and my first year of TB is down. I like to measure the TB milestones by number of BB blocks.
I am taking some time off. I am planning on taking 1-4 weeks depending on my shoulder and family schedule.
I think I will be lazy ass for the first week and I will start to reintroduce some elements of the training after that.
I will post all of my activities here.
I am looking forward to my 2nd year of TB. Rest and recovery come first, though.
