Seabass: thanks, and sorry it took so long to reply. BOO is becoming one of my go-to HICs.

I was on vacation last week. I got some hiking in, and one short LSS run, but nothing too brutal.

Im starting a new operator cycle today. I forced-progressed my lifts 5 lbs for upper body and 10 lbs for lower;

Weighted pull-ups => 215 (BW) + 45lbs
Bench => 245lbs
Squat => 295lbs
Dead => 375lbs

Operator 1.1
Pull-ups
3 sets x 5 reps x BW

Bench
3 sets x 5 reps x 170lbs

Squat
3 sets x 5 reps x 205lbs

Dead
1 set x 5 reps x 260lbs

Ab Wheel
4 sets x 20 reps

I usually feel pretty good coming back from a layoff, but today sucked. I ended up skipping curls and kettlebell swings.

Ran for 30 minutes, 3.12 miles

Overhead press
3 sets x 5 reps x 115lbs

My plan is to run operator 3 days per week with three days per week of LSS running. I did Base Building as laid out in the TB2 book, and I really liked it, but I didn't like having to stop lifting for 5 weeks. I feel like I have some good momentum going with operator, but that I need to "top up the tank" with regards my endurance. I'm going to use the running schedule from the example BB template in TB2.

I also don't like not doing overhead press, so I'm gonna take 5 minutes and knock it out before I do my runs. Perhaps this is the answer to the raging Bench vs OHP debate on this forum?
